Today, we had our 4th meet of the season and I must say we did an AWESOME job!!! Not only did we do great but we showed what we can really do if we unleash our inner beasts.
For the Frosh/Soph race(121 boys), our guys went above and beyond with our runners for that race coming in the following: Dennis Tello coming in 1st, Noel Santiago coming in 2nd, John Barajas in 4th, Rigoberto(Rigo) Guzman in 30th, Arturo(Churro) Diaz in 48th, Jesus Orozco in 77th, Carlos Ramirez in 98th, Eric Perez in 104th, Juventino Garcia in 108th, and Emanuel Rubi in 109th. Overall placing a respectable 3rd out of the 10 participating schools in the All Schools category.
For the girl's JV race(85 girls), our girl's also did an excellent job with our runners coming in the following: Luz Genaro in 2nd, Jackie Meza in 11th, Kim Zelaya in 35th, Raquel Ortiz in 36th, and Jackie Mendoza in 43rd, Paola Ligario in 45th, Maria Nava in 46th, and Nicol Cruz in 48th. Overall placing a respectable 4th out of the 8 participating schools in the All Schools category.
For the boy's JV race(94 boys), we also did an excellent job with our runners coming in the following: Me(Luis Santos) in 6th, Enrique(Kike) Juarez in 10th, Jose(Sushi) Cruz in 11th, Alan Rojas in 18th, Jose(Alfredo) Santana in 32nd, Alexis Lozano in 62nd, and Angel Patino in 70th, Overall placing in a respectable 3rd out of the 9 participating schools in the All Schools category.
For the boy's Varsity race, although we didn't have two of our faster runners for the race our guys also did well with our runners coming in the following: Cesar Ayuso in 13th, Gabriel Ramiro in 31st, Javier Ventura in 33rd, Cesar Diaz in 34th, and Jose Lepe in 38th. Overall placing 6th.
